Dr. Bickling
Dr. Bickling
Dr. Bickling, the first associate doctor for Neibauer Dental Care has been with Dr. Neibauer since 2006. Dr. Bickling was raised in Western Pennsylvania. Dr. Bickling went to Western Maryland College as a pre-med major. Dr. Bickling attended Tufts University School for Dental Medicine graduated with a degree in Dentistry. Dr. Bickling has continued in his dental education by completing studies at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in TMJ, Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Bickling resides with his wife, Heather and his 3 dogs, Max, Phobie and Josie. Dr. Bickling spends time away from the office cycling, listening to Jazz music and playing his bass.

Dr. Evelyn Poku-Kwateng earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Ghana Dental School. She is a New York University College of Dentistry graduate. Dr. Evelyn speaks fluent Twi, English and Fante.
Dr. Ghosh
Dr. Ghosh
Dr. Ghosh was raised in India and move to the United State while she was in high school. Due to Dr. Ghosh's varied background, she is very comfortable with Eastern and Western cultures and enjoys treating patients from both. Dr. Ghosh earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Pittsburgh and further received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Ghosh continued her education by completing a year long residency at Saint Mary’s Hospital in Conneticut an affiliate of Yale Medical School. Dr. Ghosh is continuing her Dental education at the Las Vegas Institute for advances dental studies. Dr. Ghosh has completed the Advanced Functional Esthetics courses, focusing on cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Ghosh loves working with people and endeavors to transmit a very gentle experience to all of her patients. Dr. Ghosh speaks fluent English, Bengali and Hindi.

Dr. Justin Neibauer grew up in Waldorf Maryland. Traveling to Cameroon Africa with his family, Dr. Neibauer was exposed to true art of caring for people by watching his father engage in dental mission work. Dr. Neibauer earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Columbia Union College,. While transitioning into dental school, Dr. Neibauer worked at the National Institutes of Health researching salivary gland development. Dr. Neibauer graduated from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in the top of his class. Dr. Neibauer earned continuing education certificates in neuromuscular occlusion, CEREC and is certified in Invisalign—Clear braces. Dr. Neibauer is a member of the ADA, VDA and IOA, dental organizations. Dr. Neibauer is currently working on becoming certified in Orthodontic for General Practioners.

Dr. Michael Pesin fluent in spoken and written Russian, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland at College Park. Dr. Pesin graduated from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery and worked in a General Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington DC.
