Front Desk Associates

Our Front Desk Associates are considered "ambassadors" of our practice. They are the first to greet our patients and the last ones to smile at them once their visit is complete. Our Front Desk Associates must be extremely detail-oriented, dependable, hard-working and take multi-tasking to a whole new level. Outstanding communication skills and professional demeanor are very important. While we'll train the right candidate, knowledge of dentistry is a huge plus!

 

Dental Assistants

Our Dental Assistants are the best in the industry. Confident and caring, they develop lasting relationships with our patients. As part of the patient-care team, they are an integral part of the patient experience. As part of our commitment to continued education, in addition to X-ray certification (which is required), we encourage our Dental Assistants to obtain CDA and COA designations. Time management, focused work, excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a warm and compassionate disposition will make you successful at NDC.

 

Hygienists

We fondly refer to our hygienists as "hy-genius-es" because they are so incredibly talented! They have amazing aptitude, outstanding clinical ability and judgment and are highly valued for their professionalism. Our patients love them for their engaging personalities, dedication to oral health and commitment to patient care. To effectively work with our team, hygiene candidates should exhibit high energy, thrive in a fast paced environment, be open to new ideas and want to have a little fun!

 

Associate Dentists

Cream always rises to the top and our Associate Dentists are at the top of their game. Our Associates are held in high esteem, are trained and mentored to maximize their clinical expertise. Our innovative "business-enterprise" approach delivers state-of-the-art equipment, minimizes the day-to-day administrative minutia and ensures an abundance of new patients. So our Associates can focus on providing quality dentistry and exceptional service to our patients.
