The culture of NDC is one that places highest value of service to our patients. This sense of service originates from Dr. Chris Neibauer himself, who, as a missionary dentist, sold all of his worldly possessions, and brought his young wife and two small children to Cameroon Africa for five years of service to the people of Yaounde’.

The core values of our corporation germinated from Dr. Neibauer’s experiences in Africa and today are our greatest differentiators.....making dental care available to the people when they need/want it.....empowering staff members to deliver exceptional patient service......and maintaining an intense focus on purpose as a means to a happy and healthy life.
